Sapphire Hotel is a small, four-star house in the old town of Prizren. Eighteen non-smoking rooms, air conditioned and quietly appointed, a restaurant, a bar, a terrace, and a 24-hour front desk that speaks English, Albanian, Serbian, and Turkish.
“Many small decisions, made in your favor, before you arrive.”

Prizren
Prizren is a city of stone, water, and steep rooftops. The Bistrica runs through its heart, an old stone bridge crosses it, and above, a medieval fortress watches over all of it. We sit in the old town, a few steps from Sinan Pasha Mosque and the Shadervan: the Gazi Mehmet Pasha Hamam is a three-minute walk, the Albanian League of Prizren museum is about 500 m away, and Kalaja, the fortress, is seven minutes on foot.

The old town, lived in
Prizren's history isn't a museum. It is still lived in. The bazaar at dawn, the stone bridge, the cobbled streets that climb toward the fortress. We tried to reflect that patience in the house we keep: stone, lime, brass, linen; a quiet palette; nothing loud.

A four-star of restraint
We believe luxury is space, light, quiet, and attention. Four stars, eighteen rooms, family rooms for longer stays, one meeting room, one restaurant, and a bar. A 24-hour front desk, room service through the day, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house.
